ROLAND DG Care program – Peace of mind
The Roland DG Care Program is a service designed for Roland DG customers who want an extended warranty after the warranty period of one year.
The Roland DG Care Program preserves your long-term investment, ensuring your device continues to perform at the optimal level and allows you to work more efficiently.
Repairs and maintenance are done by Roland certified technicians and cover all phases allowing full recovery of product features, replacement of worn or damaged parts with minimal delay (subject to availability of spare parts)

Available packages
Service packages are divided according to the level of service to be applied after the expiration of the standard product warranty period. After every first year contract, it will be automatically renewed if not cancelled by the owner or Roland DG.

Comfort
Our Comfort contract is packed with features to ensure that your machine and business are protected should anything go wrong. Our advanced Roland DG Connect diagnostics and predictive breakdown support systems will monitor your machine and system performance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that everything is working as expected. It will notify you if there are firmware and software updates for your device to bring you the latest features. In the event of any errors or predicted faults, it will alert you in advance of an issue and
take corrective action before your machine and your business stops. Twice a year (at month 6 and 12 of the contract) we will send you a self maintenance parts kit to perform the recommended preventative maintenance with simple to follow instructions. Should problems occur our suite of advanced connected digital support tools allow you to get
the help and support you need at the time you need it. Our intuitive ChatBot can answer your questions and help repair a number of faults at a time convenient to you, day or night. If you need further support, you can raise a case in myRoland.

Maintenance
The Maintenance service includes all the features of our Comfort contract. The Maintenance Service includes 2 preventive maintenance visits by a Roland DG technician a year, at 6 months intervals to ensure your product continues to work at its optimal level. In addition, our technicians are available to answer your questions about the use and regular maintenance of your device. Includes: All spare parts needed for the preventive maintenance. Product repairs are excluded from this package.

Plus
The Plus service includes all features of the Maintenance service, as well as spare parts and printheads. This package is for users who want to consolidate their operating costs up front.
Includes: full product coverage, including printheads, spare parts, travel and labor costs. Additionally, the contract contains a professional Roland DG Connect license.

Ultimate
Our Ultimate contract include all features from Plus service, as well as free access to the Roland DG Connect Premium features and VWS1 color matching and fingerprinting device. This tool allows users to ensure consistent and predictable color output and satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
